For most of our tours, unless a specific meeting point is foreseen for example for the Etna Smart Tour or Etna 3000/AltaQuota, our meeting point is in Trecastagni. If you have a vehicle we recommend that you reach our starting point at theAgricoltour MontataGrande

Here you will find several services reserved for our guests: free internal parking, coffee, equipment rental and bathrooms. Reception services that make the difference compared to the competition. By reaching us with your own car you will not be tied to transfer times or the needs of other people and, if you want, you can book a typical experience at the Gusteria dell'Etna in MontataGrande. If you have chosen tours that have meeting points directly in the Etna Park, you will have to reach the relevant meeting points: for Etna Smart Tour: Etna South, entrance to Serra Pizzuta Calvarina – Via Catania, Pedara/Nicolosi. 
for the High Altitude Trek: Bar Restaurant Crateri Silvestri, tourist square Rifugio Sapienza, Etna Sud
for Etna 3000 Classic: Ticket Office 4×4 Bus – Piano Provenzana, Etna Nord.

Don't have a vehicle?

If you do not have a vehicle and you are staying in Catania or Taormina or in other locations you can request the transfer service. We have determined some meeting points for logistical reasons to the advantage of everyone. If you are staying far from the center of Catania and Taormina, for example in Acitrezza, Acireale, Giarre or other towns you can check in the booking form of each tour if the shuttle service is available. If possible we will come to pick you up (depending on the distance an extra contribution may be required in addition to the basic one foreseen).

Meeting point and transfer from CATANIA

If you require a transfer from Catania we provide a shuttle service (subject to daily availability) from a meeting point located in a strategic gathering place located in: Piazza Cavour – BORGO, right corner at the intersection with Via Etnea, in front of the kiosk See map
To reach the Meeting Point from the centre of Catania there are various public transport options:AMTS bus lines 442, 744, 929 and the BORGO Metro stop. We suggest the metro or buses that stop right in front of our meeting point! See the AMTS website
The pick-up time at the meeting point in Catania will be determined approximately 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time from Trecastagni.
The shuttle service fee, if not already included in the tour, is €15 each (includes return, min. 2 participants). By requesting the exclusive service at the time of booking we can pick you up from your hotel.

Meeting point and transfer from TAORMINA

We also provide pick up from Taormina, Giardini Naxos and surrounding areas.
The meeting point from Taormina is set, for logistical reasons, in a point more accessible to our vehicles near Porta Messina and reachable on foot from most hotels, one hour before the scheduled departure time for the chosen tour, at the following address: Corner of Eni Station, Via Pirandello, Taormina. In August the transfer is carried out with a minimum of 4 people.
The cost of the shuttle service is €30 each. (includes return, min. 3 participants).
