• What should I bring?

  For this excursion, closed shoes with rubber soles are sufficient. Trekking shoes are mandatory if you choose the trekking itinerary. Also recommended: sunglasses, windbreaker/sweatshirt. If you need them, you can use our rental for shoes, jackets, etc.

• Can I bring my dog?

  On this excursion it is not possible to bring your 4-legged friend, we recommend that if you cannot do without it, you consider other proposals from our catalogue.

• In case of bad weather?

  It depends. If the conditions are not prohibitive, that is, it is cloudy or raining but there is a fair amount of visibility, the tours are usually carried out without any difficulty. In any case, the guide makes an assessment based on his/her experience and if the conditions are not right, he/she can decide to move or cancel the excursion in agreement with our guests. In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, decided between the parties, any advance membership fees paid will be refunded.

• What is the Wine Tasting included in the package?

  4 glasses of white and red wines paired with: Tastings of Etna Dop olive oils; Sicilian platter with salami and typical Sicilian cheeses paired with artisanal Etna fruit jams. Olives and dried tomatoes. Homemade bread cooked in a wood oven. Water and cover charge included. Extras excluded.

• What does the Wine Tasting Full tasting include?

  5 wines by the glass (Bubbles, white and red + special Etna passito) paired with: Selection of 3 semi-mature cheeses accompanied by artisanal jams with Etna fruit and organic chestnut honey. - Fresh or baked ricotta. Salami from black Nebrodi pig. Pachino cherry tomatoes and Etna olives in oil. Two chickpea panelle and fried courgette flowers in batter. Homemade Sicilian caponata tart. Tasting of cold pasta with Sicilian red pesto. Bruschetta with Bronte Pistachio Pesto DOP Homemade bread cooked in a stone oven. Dessert Water and service included. Extras excluded.
